INDOOR PRACTICE # 3 PITCHING
6:00 – 6:15        Indian Run and Stretching
6:15 – 6:20        Talk Ready Position and Quick Release Again
6:20 – 6:35        Quick Release Drill
6:35 – 6:40        Water Break
6:40 – 6:55        Backup Drill
6:55 – 7:00        Talk Pitching
7:00 – 7:15        Pitching
7:15 – 7:20        Water Break
7:20 – 7:30        Conditioning

INDOOR PRACTICE # 2 HITTING

6:00 – 6:10         Run and Stretching  
6:10 – 6:25         Warm up throwing into Long Toss  
6:25 – 6:30         Water and set up batting stations  
6:30 – 6:50         3 Hitting Stations
                              - Hitting off tee, Soft toss, Golf ball pitching machine
6:50 – 6:55         Teach Bunting  
6:55 – 7:10         Bunting Practice using court lines
                              (2 groups bunt to 1st & 3rd)
7:10 – 7:20         Bunting competition w/ golf balls  
7:20 – 7:40         Baseball game with golf ball machine  
7:40 – 7:55         Conditioning  
7:55 – 8:00         Pep talk

INDOOR PRACTICE #1
6:00 – 6:10         Light Jog, Stretching 
6:10 – 6:25         Light throwing expanding to long toss 
6:25 – 6:40         3 and 1 Quick release throwing competition 
6:40 – 6:45         Water Break 
6:45 – 6:55         Teach ready position and proper ground ball fielding position 
6:55 – 7:10         Split into 2 groups, Field grounder and throw  
7:10 – 7:25         Accuracy competition (hit water jug) 
7:25 – 7:30         Water Break 
7:30 – 7:40         Explain how each drill built up to the next drill and now how it all came together in the accuracy competition. 
7:40 – 7:55         Conditioning drills (Suicide, bear crawl, suicide,  crab crawl, suicide). 
7:55 – 8:00         Pep Talk
